I bought a phone from Noon in August 2024 with warranty and the screen went blurred and no display.I reached out to Noon and Raised a warranty claim WAAEGA00753220 and the customer service referred me to take the phone to service centers and I went to 5 service centers are they turned me away and never accepted to look at the claim .the service centres told me they don't have anything to do with noon and that I should go back to This is a bad experience,Noon is tricking customers,I have urged noon to collect the phone and find a solution but to no avail .No one Is responding from noon I have called their customers over 8 times,they keep saying someone will contact me within 48hours .this is not the right way to treat customers....I just need the phone to be checked, fixed,if not refund my money the same way I paid .
