I had a terrible experience with Noon and their customer service. I ordered a "400W Powerful Portable Sofa Carpet Cleaning Machine" that worked for only 45 minutes before the suction stopped. I returned it within the 15-day return period, complete with the original box and manual, yet Noon refused to issue a refund. Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the process. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from Noon—save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere! I lost 349.90 SAR with this order. They refused a refund and wanted to send the non-working product back to me. Why would I want a fake product that doesn't work? How does that make sense from a Customer Service perspective?
