I ordered a 100 USD PlayStation Network gift card, which was supposed to be delivered instantly via SMS/WhatsApp as advertised. After waiting over 1.5 days, Noon sent me the wrong product (100 AED iTunes gift card)!
They lie about their delivery times and their customer service is absolutely terrible. No one actually helps, and they just copy-paste the same useless responses instead of solving the issue.
