I usually enjoy using Noon and I'm happy with the discounts, product variety, and overall service they offer. However, I had a very disappointing experience recently with Noon Food that I feel needs to be addressed.
I accidentally placed a food order to the wrong location and immediately tried to find an option to change the delivery address but there was no option available. The only choice I had was to cancel the order. When I did, there was no warning or message mentioning that the payment would not be refunded. A few minutes later, I received a message saying the money wouldn’t be refunded.
I quickly contacted customer service, explained the situation, and requested either a refund or for the food to still be delivered and left at the door. Unfortunately, both were refused. I found this extremely disappointing for a service like Noon to be so inflexible and unsupportive when the issue was reported within minutes.
While I'm happy with Noon’s discounts and other services, I believe this particular policy related to Noon Food really needs to be reviewed and improved. Mistakes can happen, and it’s important for customer-focused platforms to handle such genuine cases with a little more understanding and flexibility.
