I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience with Noon regarding a warranty claim for my phone.
I submitted a warranty request and received a repair report that had nothing to do with the actual issues I reported — most of which were software-related. The report was vague, and there was no explanation about what was fixed or even if anything was done.
I contacted customer service multiple times, via both email and the hotline. I was promised a response from the warranty team — but after several days, I still haven’t received a single reply from the actual responsible department. All I get are repeated, copy-paste emails that show no actual effort to resolve the issue.
This is not the level of service expected from a company of this size in the UAE. Customers deserve clarity, accountability, and proper communication — especially when it comes to after-sales service and warranty support.
I hope Noon takes this seriously and improves their internal processes. Right now, this experience makes me hesitate to trust Noon with future purchases.
