Terrible experience. I bought an apple tv 4 which was delivered with the wrong cable. Once informed noon they waited 3 days to tell me they had to collect it back and place the order for a new one. After collecting the old one they waited another 2 before calling me that they would place the new order, why wait 2 days. Ridiculous service - though Souq was bad but this is next level. Over a week and 10 calls to receive a product with the correct specifications
