Very poor service and all the customer service agents are liars!!! They'll keep you waiting for nothing and they keep on promising which never happen. Totally SUCKS!!! Waste of time, energy and money. They posted a status of delivered but I never received the item and everytime I call and chat with them, the kept saying that they're still investigation the issue. I have been waited for more than 2 weeks now but still no positive feedback from noon, only lies!!!
