very poor service, I ordered an item and the delivery is the same day.
when I track the order the status is shipped when I call the customer service from 800-38888 Abeer said that the item was not delivered because it was out of stock??? while when I order it online it was still available???
communicated with them as well thru live chat but not satisfied ..... the agent was so reliable....
