The call centre support team is half unaware of processes, they jst hv one answer to delay, we will take down your complaint man and later during delivery time and auto s delay in order. Thatz what thry have been doing, take complaint, hoax delivery timeline commitment followed by a delay sms every other day. Why mislead ppl to immediate delivery feature when u cant keep your words.
