I had ordered a samsung tab, it felt like the packing had all the genuine stickers and packing. But to my surprise the tab had the below problems.
1. The battery was completely drained out which is pretty unusual.
2. There was no screen protection plastic sheet
3. scratches on the home button
4. severe scratches at all four corners
5. more scratches on the back body panel
6. Even after 7 days of returning the product there is no news of refund or cancellation acknowledgement.
If there was a zero rating that would have been my option.
