Keep it up noon.com and I won’t be surprised that you will run out of business pretty soon.
Made an order and paid for it November 27th, expected delivery date was December 11th (still don’t understand why in this time and age), Dec 11th i get a text message from noon stating that delivery would be delayed, fair enough and that was the last I heard from them. Dec 13th i follow up with them, they apologies and they promise to sort it out ASAP. Dec 16th i follow up again and guess what noon decided to cancel my order because the product I ordered was out of stock!!!! First they take money up front, disappear for 20 days and then they come up with this, oh and when i dared ask for a refund they offered me a store credit.... I would recommend that Mr. Noon start sepnding less on marketing and invest that on better quality people and processes. Never again.
