Bought a strap for my watch, but it was missing the lock.
I requested that it be returned. I called the Noon agent to change my pick up address which is in the office since I was on leave, but the pick up guy still went to my office address!
He told me he will come to my home address, but never came at all.
I inquired to a Noon agent again and said they cannot guarantee when they will pick up the item again.
What kind of service is that?
