Extremely inefficient and worst customer service ever. Twice my products have not been delivered on time and the worst thing is when your order is delayed, the customer support person would not bother telling you the new ETA. I ordered carpet on 13th Jan which was supposed to be delivered by 17th JAN as per the website. On 17th Jan I get a message saying there will be a delay. After several calls and live chat (I was told on Thursday I will get a call back in 1 hour which never happened), and 3 days later, I am told the carpet is out of stock. It took them ONE WEEK to realize this item was out of stock. Every customer service person I have spoken to reads out the rule book and "process" to me which is hardly any help. Jadopado.com was such a brilliantly managed website. Horrible experience and after one week of high blood pressure, all I will get back is refund of my money
