Terrible Experience and even worse customer service.
Purchased a Belkin Wireless Charger and its not delivered on the confirmed delivery date.
Customer service apologizes but can’t confirm a delivery date.
I ask for cancellation of order and a refund ... and apparently it will take 14- 30 working days for a refund.
Customer service doesnt say anything but “I truly understand sir” ...
Terrible experience .. i will never buy anything from NOON again !!
