Agree with most other contributors, 1 star is too generous.
An item ordered on March 7, due for delivery on March 9 has still not arrived, March 18.
Courier sends message its out for delivery in the morning and another one at night saying delivery failed. I have given a work address where I am present from 8am to 6pm every day and its a hotel so we are open 24/7.
Your customer service team is very polite and about 10 different people have assured me that the order has been escalated and will be delivered same or next day....still waiting.
This is the first time in my life I write a poor review (because the service has been so incredibly poor that I feel duty of care to other customers).
Lets see if the saga finally comes to an end and I will receive my items?
A courier finally managed to make a phone call after hours yesterday to say he was in the wrong part of town and could not make it - promising delivery today no later than noon....its now 5pm.
