Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Today, after more than two weeks I have received the call from them saying my order has been cancelled as the product I bought was unavailable. They asked me whether I prefer the refund to be credited towards my debit card or as a Noon wallet. Even though I preferred my debit card, they credited the refund in my Noon wallet. When I complain, they told me that it might take 14 to 30 working days to refund the money on my account. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
