I had a return request which still pending since last Wednesday , am calling the call center more than 5 times a day and they promise to collect the product every day :) , yesterday they canceled the request with no certain reason, and till date nobody called me to solve the issue, even so I filed a case against them @ Dubai Consumer rights.
