i also had the same unfortunate experience as well. I bought an item which should be brand new but what i received was a REFURBISHED ITEM! the seller was Phones4u LLC. They shouldn't deceive their customer specially those who do not have the ability to check the authenticity of the product they are going to purchase. until now i didn't receive any response re the refund! or at least they should replace the item with brand new. This is a big hassle.
