Delivery of my new phone was good but when I realised the phone was faulty it was a disaster trying to get this rectified by Noon. They have no clear procedure for dealing with returns and I was constantly being promised things by staff and these were never kept. Very disappointing from such a big company but i would never use Noon.com again.
