Tried to deliver the item 3 days later. Phoned back up and they told me to tell the driver to return the item. 20 days ago
Phoned back for the 4th time today and they can see I have requested a cancellation serveral times but this has not been processed. No idea where the item is, nor my money for a brand new premium smartphone
