The WORST customer service, I ordered a traveling luggage and turned out to be defected. Filled for a return and mentioned that I am traveling in a week time for good which means they have to act fast. Unfortunately and so careless from their side for the past 5 days I've been calling daily and no action is taken. 2 days and I will be out of the country and noon.com still has my money. You are a real scam
