I had worst experience with Noon. They have a terrible refund process wherein 2 times I have to make a complaint to DED through https://www.consumerrights.ae/en/Pages/consumer-complaint.aspx. First no item was delivered to me and it was just lost on their system that they can not locate where is the package, they did not process the refund because the status is shipped on their system. DED help me with that issue so they refund the amount I paid. 2nd experience, wrong item was delivered to me more than a month ago and until now the refund is not yet credited to noon credit. I have to ask help again from the DED just for them to solve this because of the frustrations I had in making daily follow-up with Noon
