the delivery process is extremely HORRIBLE..
for couple of small items, they are willing to make you wait for 2 weeks to deliver. not to mention that it is available with more than 10 suppliers of their own!!!
what makes it funny, is that the call Center will literally tell you "take it or leave it" and they will refund you the purchase done. the problem is that there are no efforts put for retention.
