Ordered a "now" item which they market and promise to deliver the very next day. Not only did I not receive the item, there was zero communication from Noon in regards to the order. If you can't to deliver on time, don't give these estimates (it is essentially lying to your customers). And the lease you could do is to inform the customer that there is a delay and apologize. Unless and until the customer gets fed up and calls the customer service to get an update - the mindset at noon is such that "You'll get it when you get it".
