I wish I went through these reviews earlier. Anyways, almost a month into the warranty claim of a phone and not even a single phone call or message from them to update on the delivery. After calling them and messaging and mailing them a zillion times, all they had to say- “we’ll update the concerned dept” 🙄
Finally had to rope in DED and still waiting for them to return the stuff. The first call I got was after complaining to consumer forum. I wonder how they plan to curb their poor after sales services??
