Worst customer service ever. Had the malchance of ordering nespresso capsules through Noon more than 4 days ago and was supposed to be delivered today. The customer service supervisor named Vivek promised that it will happen today after 1 hour exchanging with their CS that'll qualify the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
