Hi I had placed an order on the 3rd of August through noon.com for a pair of ear buds white in colour for a amount of 196 dhs and they told me that I was gonna receive my order on 7 th August so I recieved my order on 7th of August and when I opened the ear bud box what I found was there was no seal on the box which was packed inside the packet and the earbuds which recieved were damaged as I tried to connect with the phone they couldn't be paired and when i was checking for the model on the box it was a complete different one they had sent me cuz i had placed an order for generic earbuds for which i paid196 dhs and they have given me tws model which is like 35dhs so this is the way noon is cheating its customers by supplying fake and damaged products and when i called in their customer service department they told me that they are gonna come and collect the package from me the I inquired with them how long will take they told me its gonna take like 4 working days and my money is gonna be transferred in back to me in my noon wallet but i told them that i don't want shop with them anymore please refund my money back they told me that its gonna take like 2 weeks for the transaction and it is the procedure that they follow now what i want to ask with management is since u guys are so incompetent with ur work why will it take 14 days for my refund and why are you'll being so persistent to shop with you'll when I don't want to and why is it they ull want to transfer my money in my noon wallet when I don't want it and I don't not understand how does it take 14 days for the transaction i want my refund as fast as possible by cash or in my account as i had the amount in cash during the time of delivery i hope the concerned authorities do react on this and take an action as fast as possible
