It worked great for me and I learned a lot, lost about 12 kg in 4 months. I did feel betrayed and annoyed when it renewed with no warning however. I would have renewed if asked, but I quit as my only really effective way to express my displeassure. As a new prospective customer, not telling you costs up front also makes you feel like this is a cheat. It's not though, it was a very helpful and effective program. theyt just need to learn some social skills in thecustomer service office.
