Terrible customer care service. It's been 9 days since I haven't received my TV which I've put as "Express Delivery" and they admitted it was their fault. After telling them to cancel the order since I didn't get it, they said they'll refund the value of my product as noon credits. And now it's been 5 days and they keep telling me I will get it within the same day. "Sir trust my word, you will get this by tonight", It's like talking to a machine that repeats the same message over and over again.
