I bought twice the same item and each time I received the wrong item and had to return it.
They don't have an exchange policy so it's very difficult to work with them. They refuse to refund to your credit card. They would only do it if you call again after receiving your refund on the noon account. I asked twice to raise a complaint and their sales support didn't raise a complaint. Worst online experience in all of Dubai. Never again.
