UPDATE
my previous two reviews of "AVOID AT ALL COST" stands corrected, noon
customer service actually called me immediately after my second review,
and they were very courteous and apologetic, they went the extra 10
miles actually to rectify the matter, and i actually got the order
immediately the following day with some complimentary perks.
Thank you ahmed from noon customer service, you have really restored my
faith back in this company.
all i hope is that such an experience would be generalised across all
noon customers for an excellent customer experience, and not to wait
till something wrong happens.
