Hi! I ordered for an I phone 7 plus and was wondering when I received it the box is not sealed and looks like second hand. When I tried to charge it it is blinking with the i phone logo only.

I purchased Samsung A10s 2 pieces the Samsung is fine byt I phone is no seal and is not working.
I purchased as a gift for my daughter and my flight is just 5 days away. They told me that I have only option to return and refund.
It so disappointing.
