This is a complaint to the Noon.com team. I have purchased two Iphones 11 pro max worth almost AED 15,000 from noon.com. one of them stopped working after 3 weeks from the purchase date. Now the warranty team is calling me back with an option to replace the phone with a cheaper version with one sim card which is unacceptable as the whole reason to buy that phone was dual physical sim cards. It has been already a week since I raised a claim and no solution has been provided to me. I need it replaced with the same model exactly, or refund urgently! I am having a terrible experience with noon.com. This is the last ever purchase from that website. My name is Rahim and you have my complaint and warranty claim in the file.
