After-sale support is really bad. I ordered an item and received a completely different one, then I had submitted a return request. It's been 6 days over, till now, no one has come to collect the item.
my colleague also going through the same situation. Whenever we call their customer care center, they ask us to wait another 72 hours. This is complete nonsense.
