As usual customer support doesn’t do anything to expedite a resolution to the issues customer facing. I got a phone call that They will return a pock up yesterday or today but they don’t know exact time or any other information neither they have a confirmation that picking up will happen but it is expected. This require that I should remain at home till they finish their working hours in 10 pm ( this is what they advised)!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very bad company.
