I am having a terrible return experience with noon. I bought a tablet. Upon receiving, i ran basic tests on it and found out that the item was fake. I filed a return request immediately. Since then, it's about two weeks and I'm struggling for even someone to pick the item from me. I complained three times on WhatsApp and once through call center but all my complains are met with a deaf ear.
Pathetic service, please avoid buying from noon
