Please be informe that I received the package but it was the wrong color. I called and askes for replacement or advance refund so that I can place a new order again. However, the agent and supervisor is not helpful.
I would like to file a complain with Meena one of your Supervisor in which he keeps on repeting himself and sounds robotic. He even frequently ask what I want in which it irritates me.
Lastly, I requested to connect to the survey so that I can leave feedback but he disconnect the call.
