I ordered Google Chromecast ultra from noon (KSA) 5 days ago. I received my order today but they gave me a cheap Chinese knock-off instead. The supplier was named "ursmart". I am utterly disappointed in the service provided by noon. The suppliers on noon should be checked by noon to ensure incidents like these dont happen. I am buying from noon not the supplier directly so the onus to provide quality product falls on noon.
Now i have raised a request for return and refund on noon but i have no idea how long will it take or whether it will happen or not.
