I give one star because the minimum possible rating is one star.
The customer service is PRETTY BAD. It has already been 3 WEEKS since I requested to return the product, yet NO ONE has contacted me. They promise again and again in the email, that someone from the team will contact me soon, which unfortunately NEVER happens. Should I know the returning process is such EXTREMELY HARD, I shall never choose this company.
