Im glad that you WANT to make sure but I am not sure the product is authentic and have reasons for that:
1. Packaging
2. Warranty and reference was not found on HP website when entered to authenticate (which MUST be the case if product is authentic )
3. I ordered 1 TB capacity and not a single place on product nor on box it’s mentioned
