Am purchased Samsung s 10 e phone online with help of my friend in UAE once i recived the phone and am trying to set as normal and found that its looked with some third part companies and the service support team sending mails only for apology
no action taken since Is the 6 th day ,
Am moved to oman now they are saying they can do something once the phoe came to uae they are not able to support
Am really upset that am holding a phone and not able to use the phone the cost of the phone 1700 AED
Totally confused what to do

My complaint still not solved this is the 12 day after am raised the issue ,the delayed response are totally inconvenience and disappointed
And how the customer can trust and buy something it’s coming out as it’s faulty ,and how will be the support once the user start using the item 😒
THE PHONE THEY TAKE BACK ON 15.02.20 FOR REFUND AND SAID IT WILL BE WITH IN TWO DAYS NOW 19.02.20 A NEW MAIL AND UPDATE CAME AND SAYING WITH IN 48 HORS THEY WILL CALL .
AM A UNLUCKY END USER NOT USER THE PHONE SINCE I PURCHASED AND NOW FOLLOWING ECAH DAY FOR REFUND
BEWARE OF THIS PEOPLE
YOU WILL LOSE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
