Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a product on march 29th. My order ID is NAEC30043422173 and it suppose to come by 5th of april but i received no update. I contacted the customer service, they said they will update me after 2 days. If i don't get the product when i need it then what is the use of it. Thankfully there are other shopping apps and will make sure not to use this app again.
