NSAC40046092037 was my order. Was supposed to get item on April 14th. With current scenario i know items can be delayed. But the miscommunication and robotic customer service has finally convinced me to cancel the item.
Reading the reviews and other stories have me wondering about my money.
They have told me 14 days to refund money, provided the delivery guy calls, and i reject delivery.
It was a frustrating experience.
Also had ordered a few masks, hope they reach me before covid 20.
