Terrible service. I bought an iPhone 11 Max Pro - not cheap - waited 3 & a half weeks until the day of delivery. I then got a call to say the item wasn’t available. I also received an email at the same time to say it wasn’t up to quality (which was it?).
Noon.com had, of course taken the money on Day 1 via a offer with my bank whereby I split the payments over 6 months.
Two days later I got another call saying they had managed to source another iPhone but I’d have to pay again (still hadn’t received the first refund). I declined.
Net result: I ordered another iPhone via another company, received it in 3 days, AED 300 cheaper, but out of pocket on the noon.com non-order:
Bank setup fee: AED 50.00
Bank Cancelation fee: AED260.00
I was promised a reply within 48 hours to my request for that to be refunded - no answer, of course!
So, AED 310.00 out of pocket, no purchase from noon.com, a month wasted.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
