I ordered a tripod and received it with a loose screw, so, I asked for a return and they apologized to me and told me that I can order it again once I receive my transferred money to my noon account, and the customer service said they won't send me a damaged product again, I trusted them and ordered it again, and I received AGAIN a damaged product, one of the tripod legs won't even stand still with very obvious low quality screws and even BROKEN. Don't you check the quality of the products you send to your customers ever? You just lost a customer that only shops online, I was going to make so many purchases from noon if it turned out well, but now I well highly recommend that no one deals with you, I will post my bad experience everywhere.
