The biggest hustlers on the market. Avoid this vendor at all costs, pay a bit extra but avoid Noon.
They keep lying and cancelling my warranty request by updating the request number with false information.
I do not even get notified about the cancellation, I just find out after I contact them again for follow up.
To make things even more suspicious, they refuse to give me the person who entered the false information's name.
It has been 2 weeks just to try and get the maintenance team to pick up my faulty product. What a joke of a company.
