I expected their refurbished products to be tested to be working however 5 mins after unboxing my iPhone X refurbished started shutting down on its own.
I assumed it was a software problem but turns out their quality and services team could not see that the battery does not charge at all. I was really excited to unbox my new phone but this excitement lasted 5 mins
