A few weeks ago, I found my dream flats at Nordstrom Rack in Skokie, IL. - and forgot them outside the fitting room. I called the store the next morning and spoke to Cheryl - who took the time to search the store and put two versions of the shoe on hold - until I could get there later that day. She was so helpful and sweet. And went the extra mile to find them and store them behind the counter. Service like that is so rare these days - and so personal. I wanted to commend her. She is one of the reasons why we love Nordstrom Rack...Please take care of staff like her!
