I Ordered shoes online and I have waited several weeks for them to come
I just received a random email that they were returned and I was refunded
I called snd was told by the representative when I called that the shoes were damaged
Not sure how this happens horrible experience wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything online. This is the second time that I’ve had major issues with the online process in Nordstrom rack.
