“Wanted pants that did not have a price tag. Cashier was unable to look up a price so I had to leave the pants. And there wasn’t another one to bring to the register. I also had to wait on two long lines. One to return and one to purchase. I should be able to return an item and purchase items in the same transaction or at least without waiting on two lines. Will not shop here anymore.”
“I bought a Tory bag online in this store and an empty box arrived at my house. From the cameras I could see that the delivery was made by an ordinary car, nothing from FedEx or UPS, the box in which they put the product was not sealed or nothing is saying something unprofessional, I have called customer service 5 times and they tell me that they are not going to make any refund, it is a lack of respect that they have stolen $450 dollars from me and they do not assume their responsibility, I do not recommend that you buy online here because They use official companies for delivery”

“I was shopping for new guests towels so I thought of the Nordstrom Rack at the Tempe Marketplace. I asked a store clerk about where the towel section was, and she took me there. She also had to go into the back room to see if they had more of the towels I wanted, and she came up empty. She then went onto to say the other stores would have them but she offered to get them for me and bring them to Tempe Marketplace Store. I was so overwhelmed with this act of kindness. I then found she was the store manager, and her name is Jody. She brought the true meaning of customer service back into my life and you should be proud of having her in your store. Trudi”
“A few weeks ago, I found my dream flats at Nordstrom Rack in Skokie, IL. - and forgot them outside the fitting room. I called the store the next morning and spoke to Cheryl - who took the time to search the store and put two versions of the shoe on hold - until I could get there later that day. She was so helpful and sweet. And went the extra mile to find them and store them behind the counter. Service like that is so rare these days - and so personal. I wanted to commend her. She is one of the reasons why we love Nordstrom Rack...Please take care of staff like her!”
“I had an encounter with Nordstroms Rack today which was surreal in the way they insulted and embarrassed me because my mask wasn’t adjusted to their liking. I am not able to wear it snuggly as per dr order but they ran me out of the store as if I was a leper. Management on all levels were rude and refused to offer any measure of goodwill except a fake I’m sorry when I called to complain. In fact, they refused to call me back. I had to call several times which speaks volumes about their attitude towards their customers. They discriminate and blatantly do so without apology. Ironically, their own employees can be seen not wearing their masks ‘properly’. I have noticed the customer service in this store has declined drastically in the past few years but I would go since shopping options are limited in this town. The merchandise is more like something you would find in a Filene’s bargain basement (and I’m being generous)but the prices are inflated. Ironically, management and employees will embarrass their customers and yell across the store and yet they won’t bother to clean their carts or register areas. Hand sanitizer bottles are empty and rounders are crowded together to make social distancing nearly impossible. The hypocrisy is unbelievable and yet they have no problem insulting and embarrassing their customers. I noticed the personnel has been increasingly rude over the past couple years but today was something so outlandish, words can’t articulate it adequately.
I have NEVER been insulted, embarrassed and chased out of a store so clearly this is a rude group of bullies who will shamelessly disrespect people they target.”
“Great deals on EVERYTHING! I purchased several shirts and they were delivered quickly. One of them was too big so I returned to my local store. They kindly refunded my money right away. Great customer service!”
